Martin Luther College Choir to sing at Sola Fide

The Martin Luther College Choir tour is making a stop at Sola Fide, Tuesday, March 2. The concert begins at 7:00 p.m. Please consider opening your home to one or more of the 67 people who are in need of a place to sleep that evening. Watch for additional information soon about specifics such as meal arrangements and special needs of any of the choir members. A sign up sheet will be posted soon.

Come and see the future pastors, teachers, and staff ministers of our church body as they present a concert on Tuesday, March 2 at 7:00 P.M. The Martin Luther College choir is presenting this concert at a number of congregations in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Ohio, and Minnesota. We are delighted that they will be presenting this concert at our congregation.

The choir will sing familiar Christian hymns accompanied by brass, organ, timpani, piano, woodwinds, and strings. Please come and invite your friends, neighbors, and relatives. It promises to be an edifying and inspiring concert. There is no admission charge. A freewill offering will be received to help cover tour expenses.

Martin Luther College is the worker training college of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod. Presently there are approximately 700 students who are preparing for world-wide service as pastors, teachers, and staff ministers.
